With advanced infrastructure and skilled labour, we deliver a pair of shoe in a time period between 7-8 days. Catleo shoes are handcrafted from start to finish. It’s a pair of shoe specially made for you.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the Product and would like to return or exchange them, please write to us at hello@catleo.in or whatsapp us on – 7277777013 to initiate the exchange & return process. 

How long do I have to exchange or return a product?

Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery

What are the return or exchange parameters?

• Shoes in unworn and undamaged condition
• Shoes should be returned in its original packaging
• For return reasons please take great care when you first try on your shoes to avoid leather marking and other sole stains. If you trying to assess the size/fit of the shoes, please walk on a carpet or a clean surface to avoid sole damages. The replacement of the shoes takes 1-2 weeks (subject to availability), we will always do our best to expedite the replacement.
• Sales items will not be eligible for exchange or return

As worn items are non-returnable, we recommend trying the shoes on a carpeted area, as this will preserve the sole of the shoe.

Size Issue – In the case of a size issue, we should be notified within 3 business days after the delivery of the shoes. We will provide a free exchange in this case. We will ship the exchanged product at no extra cost though. The Exchange is only possible once. Upon availing the exchange the same customer is not liable to claim another exchange.

However in case a wrong product is shipped from our end, we shall re-ship the correct product.

Note: Once the exchange is availed, no refund or exchange is possible post that. Any Sale/ Lucky Size item is not compliant with the return and exchange policy.

Refund

When you return an Product, you will receive a refund of your order in the same payment method you used for the purchase.

For orders paid for by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

We need to be notified within 3 business days after the delivery of the shoes. Refund is only given as a store credit or credit to your bank account.

Please note that the shoes can be Refunded only in the following conditions:

• Shoes are completely unused, which means that there should not be any scratch or use marks on the sole of the shoe or on the upper
• It should be packed in the original packaging the way it reached you.
• If the shoe does not qualify for the exchange/ refund conditions as mentioned above, the customer will be liable to pay two way shipping and handling charges.
• All damages on arrival issue should be reported within 24 hours along with the pictures to investigate transit reasons with third party couriers.
• first we recevied product on our address. then we refund your payment

Note: Any Sale/Lucky size item cannot be refunded. Also any Custom made/Bespoke order can also not be refunded

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order, please note the following processes –

• Email us at hello@catleo.in or whatsapp us on – 7277777013 within 24(Twenty Four) hrs of placing the order.
• Please mention your order number in the subject line.
• Prepaid orders will be fully refunded within 3 to 7 business days of receiving the request for cancellation.
• For orders cancelled beyond the timelines specified above, then you choose the return option.
